Food, oh ye glorious food.

EGH has worked out goals for me, nutrition wise. It is all facts that I know but it’s tough to eat without planning

Goal 1: Have breakfast consistently. (Accomplished as of last week)

Goal 2: Attempt to have breakfast without carbs (Perfect healthy breakfast on Monday)

Goal 3: Keep 5 days clean, and have two meals over the weekend with what you want (Tomorrow is Day 1)
