I started my first training with R this week. I felt the burn immediately the next day even though I was not terribly exhausted after our session. HIIT has worked results but I have been busy with upping the weights in BP class.
Which brings me to my next point – I want to increase the weights in my pump class again but I am worried that I’ll affect my form. As of now, I am unable to up my tri weights without affecting form but I think squats and DLs might be different.
More than anything, I am afraid that I might faint in class which I was close to before. Perhaps, I should just choose a spot at the back of class just in case, I feel faint.
