With the drama that’s my life, I’ve just returned to the gym. I expected to seriously crash at cardio. Surprisingly, I did a respectable 30mins. Of course, I had to push down the resistance but I kept at it. In addition, I somehow found the strength to do 10mins of cycling. Who knew!
Evening Workout
- 30 mins (2 mins cooldown) on the eliptical.
- 10mins of Cycling (Level 4)
- 100 Crunches (Front)
