Week 9: Day 1

Morning Workout

  • 32 mins (2 mins cooldown) on the eliptical.
  • Back Extension (5 sets of 10 reps)
  • Lateral Pull-Down (3 sets of 20 reps)
  • 100 Crunches (Front)

This week is much better, I’m glad I pushed through my morning groggyness to do this. Now, I need to take measurements this week so I can take make realistic goals.
