Morning Workout
35min jog/run
Lat Pull Down (5 reps of 10)
Back Extension (30)
How I feel: Insanely crappy. I couldn’t get into my work out. I couldn’t focus.

Morning Workout
During cardio, I bumped up my speed by a couple so I wouldn’t look like a granny next to the gym slims that are running alongside me. Friday is looking good.
I should be pushing myself more but, the cardio segment takes alot out of me now. My muscles aren’t even fully stretched out yet. And I did a HELL ALOT of stretching.
It feels like the last two weeks have been quite a downer so, today I decided to kick my ass at the gym.
So the gym near my office isn’t all bad. Now that I’ve moved on to the threadmill, it is definitely work-able. I just wish, they’d renovate soon and I have to remind myself to bring my gloves when I’m using the lat pull down. I accidentally wiped my face and I could smell the stench of stale sweat. *Gag*
Now, I have a question. How is that I burn at least 50% more calories on the eliptical but I feel much more “burn” on the threadmill?
A week later, I finally found the guts to try running again. With the new gym, I’ve got a gorgeous view of the city and with much less people fighting for space.
CONS OF NEW GYM
1. The outlet near my office has dismal equipment, so I have to travel further to get to the slightly decent one.
PROS OF NEW GYM
1. Rockin’ Facilities
Awesome shower room, no naked full muff women walking around all proud, an improved and smart locker system.
2. Women’s Gym Corner
I never considered this a perk but, geez it is soo good NOT to have to fight with the meatheads for the lateral pull machine!
3. Eye Candy
The boys in this gym are WAY cuter and, absolutely straight. A girl can dream.
