Going back to the gym always seems like an uphill task. I set goals for myself.
First Week (x 2)
- 25 mins eliptical (Weight Loss Mode)
- 10 mins biking (Level 4 / Avg 85 revolutions)
- 120 (80 front, 20 right, 20 left)
- Hip Abductors (23lbs 15 x 5 reps)
2nd Week ( x 2)
- 30 mins eliptical (Weight Loss Mode)
- 20 mins biking (Level 4 / Avg 85 revolutions)
- 120 crunches (80 front, 20 right, 20 left)
By the end of the 1st month, I will do:
- 30 mins eliptical (Weight Loss Mode)
- 25 mins biking (Level 4 / Avg 85 revolutions)
- 200 crunches (120 front, 40 right, 40 left)
- Hip Abductors (23lbs 15 x 5 reps)
for cardio + legs days ( Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and work out my cardio + arms days in the process.
I need to set my weight loss goals, measurements so I can work towards cutting the weight via exercise and healthier eating.
